• Back to nature tables

When Popcorn Snow first started we were making up a nature table every week. Each week we'd add a little something and take off the older things. We / I become obsessed with gnomes and we'd take it in turns to direct the scene. It was a lot of fun.

We realised recently that since we've moved the room around ( to open up the table and squeeze in yet another piano) we've stopped making the nature table. To be fair the table is by the window so we watch the garden change instead.

Perhaps it's the Autumn, the smell of frost in the air and the change of light. I'm thinking of gnomes and how lovely they would look, marching across the window ledge.

If I can permanently re-home the scissors, the glue pots, the tea pot, the hedgehogs, those broken things and those toys then I may be able to persuade someone into agreeing with me.

Hmmm wish me luck with that, In the meantime I've got lovely pictures of tables past.
