• Getting Organised

I’m always looking for ways to make more dolls and to improve my methods and patterns. To that end I’ve decided that I need to get more organised.

Now I’ve always loved little, tiny drawers. I’ve been told in a massively sweeping way that it’s a Gemini thing. Honestly I can’t imagine anyone not liking them, they’re drawers but little and even tiny, what’s not to love?!

So my lovely, lovely outlaws (inlaws but out) happened to be getting rid of some. I need to find out what they’re called. They slide together in any combination and can be wall mounted.

    I’ve always loved these.

My Dad always had a wall of them in his workshop full of screws, nails and other little tiny things. Which I would occasionally tidy for him, sometimes into colours or textures, then I’d be made begrudgingly to put them all back into conventional like with like type arrangements.

Sorry Dad, I get it now.

Endless pleasures of the little box.

Now I have my very own and yes THIS time colour groupings really do make sense, and yes there is still great pleasure in realising I need a whole new drawer category. My three favourite drawers this week are Gnome bits, Pansies and Head Threads
